Paper Submission

Author Instructions and Kits

  1. The prospective authors can submit their papers for regular oral presentation or poster presentation. The regular papers are recommended to be in 4-page full length and the poster papers in shortened 2~4 page format. Based on review results, final presentation type will be decided and notified by TPC committee.
  2. Word template : ICCE-Asia 2018_template.doc
    • You can prepare a manuscript with the template and convert it to pdf format for uploading to EDAS system.

Paper Submission

  1. The website for submission portal is EDAS (Click here)
    • If you do not have an EDAS login, you need to create a new account.
    • The submission system assigns automatically a paper ID to each paper registration.
    • Please make sure that your browser has cookies enabled

Special Session Proposal Submission

  1. Special session proposals are invited to IEEE/IEIE ICCE-Asia 2018, and inquiries regarding your submission should be directed to the Special Session Chair. The proposal needs to be submitted to the Special Session Chair (Sangwan Lee, sangwan@kaist.ac.kr) by March 12, 2018.

Special Session Paper Submission

    • If you submit the paper, please choose the special session topic.

Young Researcher Session

Journal Paper Presentation Session

  1. Authors of papers published in all IEIE fully owned journals including Journal of Semiconductor Technology and Science (JSTS) and IEIE Smart Processing and Computing (IEIE SPC) will be given the opportunity to present their work.
